5th Grader Stars for High School Basketball Team

Meet 11 year old Julian Newman. Julian is 4’5″, weighs 70 lbs and is in the fifth grade but he is the star of his local high schools varisty basketball team. Some teams have begun forfeitting games rather than play Julian. Do you think that is fair? Should Julian be allowed to play on a high school team?
