This is a wonderful animation which shows a young girl who loves music so much she can’t do the house chores because she is so distracted by the musical sounds that everything makes. Her father is annoyed but eventually begins to appreciate her gifts. This film was based on The United Nations Convention on The Rights of a Child. What right do you think this film is depicting?
